Welcome!

I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker with Weichert, Realtors® in the State of Washington and I work diligently to find the right property for my buyer, and the right buyer for my seller. Here is what my clients appreciate about working with me:

  • My ability to perform seamlessly with stressful situations. My clients appreciate the sense of calm and professionalism I bring to the most demanding of interactions.

  • My communication skills, integrity, enthusiasm, compassion and attention to detail are evident in many aspects of my life and help me put together the best fit for my real estate clients.

  • My clients appreciate my help in searching for real estate and getting in-depth information about markets and neighborhoods.

  • Because of my business background and extensive training with serving the needs of the public, I have good organizational skills and facilitate real estate transactions with ease.

  • I have cultivated an excellent rapport and trust with fellow real estate brokers, buyers, sellers, mortgage officers, title personnel and attorneys involved with real estate transactions.

  • I have worked as both a Seller’s and Buyer’s broker. I have been involved in real estate since the 70’s and this is clearly one of my passions.

With my experience of being a longtime business owner, licensed mental health provider and real estate broker I incorporate these well-developed skills into my personal interactions to make your real estate experiences positive, engaging and comfortable. I look forward to helping you!

Bridget is all about empowering and encouraging people to move forward in their lives by setting goals, maintaining hope, forgiveness and building resiliency, all of which are vital to a fulfilling life. She loves humor and finds that it lifts the spirit and allows us to not take things and ourselves too much to heart. Being a life-long “student of life,” with a thirst for learning and helping people create new dreams, has brought Bridget to a career in real estate, where she helps others find and transition to their dream homes, and invest into their future.

Bridget is passionately dedicated to and has developed a reputation as a leading expert in the restoration and reintegration of military and civilian trauma survivors. She is the author and co-author of several bestselling books on the topic including: Through the Woods and Over the Hill, Down Range to Iraq and Back, Souls Under Siege, Once a Warrior: Wired for Life. With over one million copies in print, Dr. Cantrell’s books are a must-have reference tool for any clinical practice, military base, military family, first responder, medical practitioner, or educator.

Furthermore, Bridget is proud to be an honorary member of the Red Feather Society, which is a Native American Combat Veteran’s association on a national level. She has also been extensively exposed to the understanding and meaning of the Native American Ceremonial Rituals, which offer an alternative approach toward combat trauma recovery.

Bridget lives in Bellingham, with two Australian Shepherds and geriatric cats, all of which were rescued and all have a story. She volunteers her time with Equine Therapy working with Veterans, law enforcement and their family members. She frequently participates in community activities to educate and raise awareness of issues surrounding PTSD and reintegration back into civilian life, as well as mental health issues in a variety of contexts.
